The financial policy in our office is to request that all patients pay us in full at the time that service is provided or started in the case of a multiple-visit procedure, unless prior arrangements have been made with our Office Manager, Veronica. For certain lengthy appointments, Veronica may ask for a deposit in advance to reserve the Doctor’s time.

Our administrative staff will be happy to help in processing your dental claim at the conclusion of your treatment. All services furnished are charged directly to you and you are personally responsible for payment to us. Of course, we will need accurate, complete current information regarding your dental benefit plan so we can submit any claim on your behalf.
It is one of our tenets to inform you of the fee(s) for your treatment in advance. However, due to the very nature of any individual dental situation, your necessary treatment may differ from the original plan. We will keep you informed if any change in your treatment is recommended. You will be advised of any difference in fee(s) accordingly.
