A Complete Denture is a removable dental prosthesis that replaces all natural teeth and the associated structures of the upper (maxilla) or lower (mandible) arch.

An Overdenture is a removable dental prosthesis that covers and rests on one or more remaining natural teeth or the roots of natural teeth and/ or dental implants.

An Immediate Denture is a removable dental prosthesis fabricated for placement at same visit as of the removal of natural tooth/ teeth and the associated structures of the upper (maxilla) or lower (mandible) arch. 

A Partial Denture is a removable dental prosthesis that restores one or more but not all of the natural teeth and/ or associated parts and may be supported in part or entirely by natural teeth, dental implant supported crowns, dental implant abutment(s), or other fixed dental prostheses and/ or the oral mucosa (gum).
