Crowns & Bridges

Before Crowns After Crowns

A Crown is an artificial replacement that restores missing tooth structure with superior materials such as precious metals and porcelain.

A Bridge is a fixed prosthesis that spans a space where one or more teeth have been lost in the dental arch. This may include replacement of one to sixteen teeth in each dental arch. The teeth on either end of the span are crowned and are referred to as abutments. The missing teeth in a bridge that join the abutments are referred to as pontics.  A bridge is fabricated with superior materials such as precious metals and porcelain.
